Returns & Refunds Policy
House of Banke prioritizes your satisfaction above all else, recognizing that there may be instances where returns are necessary. To ensure eligibility for returns, items must be in pristine condition and returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note that House of Banke does not cover shipping costs for returns, and items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds, though exchanges are accepted.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition, free from any stain (makeup, sweat, or dirt stains) or damage.
- All original packaging, labels, and security tags must be intact and untampered.
- The "DO NOT REMOVE THIS TAG" security ribbon must remain attached.
- Please be aware that certain items or designs may not be eligible for returns, as indicated during purchase.
To initiate a return, please email info@houseofbanke.com with your personal information, order number, and reason for return. Return requests must be submitted and approved within 14 days of receipt. Please specify whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days upon receipt of the returned item. Payments can be refunded as store credit or directly to the original purchaser's credit card.
Please note that items purchased on sale are non-refundable, although exchanges for other sale items are permitted. Alternatively, sales items can be refunded in the form of store credit for use exclusively on our website.
